About 01 / 06
I'm a PSM I–certified Product & Delivery Lead at Bank of America and the founder of EYEconic One — a consumer AI styling app we took from a blank canvas to a 5.0★ launch.
I was promoted within six months and now lead AI innovation for Contact Center Technology. I like the hard middle: turning a fuzzy idea into something real, shipped, and in people's hands.

EYEconic One is an AI styling & wardrobe app built for everyone — including colorblind users. Connie knows your closet, remembers your taste, and gives you the decisive answer for any occasion. Built with my co-founder on a $15K budget, now live on iOS & Google Play.
A conversational fashion friend that learns your taste and answers "what do I wear?" — instantly and decisively.
Build a personalized avatar and preview full outfits before you buy — cutting decision friction to near zero.
Accessibility-first guidance helps colorblind users choose confident, coordinated looks every time.

Projects & Impact 04 / 06
Every project I own lives inside the contact center software agents use when customers call in. The goal is always the same: put the right information in front of the agent instantly so no caller waits, no agent scrambles, and every second saved is money saved at scale.
Delivering software upgrades to the tools contact center agents use when customers call in about Family Banking. By surfacing updated account information, relationship details, and product data directly in the agent's interface, agents spend less time searching and more time resolving — driving down average handle time and improving the customer experience. Time saved at scale is money saved.
Introduced new promotional offer capabilities directly into the contact center software — so when a customer calls about a card transaction fee, the agent already has the current promotional offers visible in their tool. No more tabbing away, no more putting the caller on hold to look up what's available. The offer is right there, the conversation keeps moving, and handle time drops.
Building 2 AI agents embedded directly inside the contact center software. When a customer asks a complex question, instead of the agent opening multiple tabs and putting the caller on hold — they simply ask the AI in the tool. The agent gets an instant, accurate response and keeps the conversation flowing. Designed and automated using Microsoft Copilot Studio, with investment proposals presented to Director and VP-level stakeholders.
Ensuring all credit card rate and pricing details surfaced in contact center tools are always current — automatically. Variable rate changes now propagate across all BofA credit card products without manual intervention, eliminating the risk of agents quoting outdated pricing to callers. Agents always have accurate data, and the bank avoids costly errors at enterprise scale.
I saw a gap nobody was solving. Colorblind users struggling to match clothes with confidence. So I built an app from scratch, shipped it to two stores on a $15K budget, and hit 5.0 stars within weeks. EYEconic One is my proof that I can take an idea all the way to people's hands.
Took a fashion accessibility app from idea to App Store and Google Play on a $15K budget. Built Connie, an AI wardrobe assistant who knows your closet, remembers your taste, and tells you exactly what to wear for any occasion — plus a generative AI virtual try-on feature so users can preview full outfits on a personalized avatar before buying.
I am hands-on with Copilot Studio building AI workflow automations for the Contact Center Technology team and in the same week presenting project status and investment proposals to Directors, VPs, and executives. I speak engineer with architects and UX designers and I speak business with stakeholders. Both sides trust me because I genuinely understand both worlds.
